Data and information requests

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You may also request access to a record under the Promotion of Access to Information Act. Our PAIA Manual and Privacy Policy explain the process in full.

We aim to acknowledge every request promptly and to respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request, and some records must be retained where the law requires it.
