This policy explains what personal information Annerkant Venue collects through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address and telephone number you give us, together with the details of your enquiry such as the type of occasion, your preferred date and an estimate of guest numbers.
Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to keep the website secure.
Why we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, to discuss your event, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain relevant to a possible or confirmed booking, and thereafter for our own record-keeping. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@annerkantvenue.co.za and we will respond.
